Welcome to the Process
What follows is a discernment journey, not a hoop to jump through. Across these early steps you'll explore Covenant distinctives, complete a few short assessments, and reflect on your sense of calling. And if the path keeps opening, the journey continues from there.
The goal is mutual clarity: clarity for you about whether God is calling you to plant a Covenant church at this time, and clarity for the Covenant about how to come alongside you well.

- Take your time. This is paced for discernment, not speed.
- Bring your whole self. Character, competency, and calling all matter, and we would rather know you as you are than at your most polished.
- You won't walk alone. Start where you are, at your own pace. As the path opens, you'll find people, resources, and partnerships ready to walk this with you.
