About the framework
This step uses the 5 Voices framework, a shared SSC leadership tool used across Covenant ministries for self-awareness, communication, and team-building.
The assessment maps your Voice Order: the unique sequence of five voices that shapes how you lead, communicate, and make decisions. Everyone has all five; they just show up in a different order for each person.
How it works
Five steps, ~15 minutes
Plan to finish in one sitting
- Visit the assessment. Go to jason.giantos.com/store/5-voices and click the blue "Take free assessment" button.
- Create your free account. Fill out the short form: email, name, create a password. ☑ Check the box "I'd like to receive my 5 Voices results…" so the report lands in your inbox. (If you already have a GiANT OS account, click "Log in" instead.)
- Click "Get started →". Heads-up: GiANT may offer some additional products during signup. Feel free to ignore those upsells. The assessment itself is genuinely free.
- Take the assessment. ~15 minutes, 82 questions. Plan to do it in one sitting. Don't overthink it. Go with what's most natural for you, not what's expected of you or what your role requires.
- Get your results. Your Voice Order Profile arrives by email. We'll automatically receive a copy too, so there's nothing to forward.

What you'll receive
Your unique Voice Order
Three things worth paying attention to
Your emailed results identify your Voice Order, the sequence of your five voices from most to least natural. Here's what to notice as you read it. Hold loosely at first; this is a great jumping-off point for a deeper conversation later.
- Your Foundational voice. How others most naturally experience you. The lens through which all your other voices are expressed.
- Your fourth voice. Your blind spot, where you tend to overestimate your effectiveness. Worth paying attention to.
- Your fifth voice. Your least natural. The one you find hardest to access and hardest to value in others. This matters for team-building.
Why we use it
Church planting is a team sport, and the teams that thrive are built on self-awareness. The earlier you understand your own voice, and the voices missing from or over-represented in your potential team, the better positioned you are to build a healthy, complementary team and lead with clarity.
Pioneers tend to dominate and drive. Nurturers tend to accommodate and absorb. Guardians protect and resist change. Connectors build bridges but can overcommit. Creatives see what others miss but can be hard to follow. Every voice is needed, and every voice, unexamined, creates blind spots.
Don't try to manage your results ahead of time. The assessment is most useful when it reflects how you actually operate, not how you'd like to be seen.
